This photograph is part of the collection entitled ‘Hot spring’.
After arriving at the hot spring too late in the morning to catch the peak of activity, which is just after sunrise, I started to chat with the visitors there instead. After a while, I decided to leave, and as I turned around to say goodbye to the man I was talking to, this image appeared. The red and white sign behind him is also unique to Singapore. It warns against trespassing in all four official languages since the springs are encircled by military land.
